((BOUNCE)) is a 60 minute exercise class performed on mini trampolines, we divide the session into 40 minutes cardio and 20 minutes toning. With dance based choreographed routines you’re sure to burn calories and have fun! (Because you cant take yourself too seriously when you’re on a trampoline).
